Are POWSAF power strips and outlet extenders safe to use?
POWSAF products are designed for everyday home and office use. Safety features and certifications vary by model, so please review the specifications on each product page before use. Always stay within the stated voltage and wattage limits, keep the product dry, and never connect one power strip to another.
Will the USB and USB-C ports fast-charge my devices?
Charging speed depends on the product model, your device, and the cable being used. Please check the product page for the maximum output of each port and whether power is shared when multiple devices are connected. Some USB-C ports are intended for phones and tablets and may not support laptop charging.
Can I use POWSAF products while traveling internationally?
POWSAF power products do not convert voltage. Before using one outside the United States, check the input voltage, frequency, plug type, and power rating printed on the product. A travel plug adapter only changes the plug shape and does not convert voltage.
